By accessing Curated for Kiddos or using our membership services, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and membership.

2. Membership Access

Curated for Kiddos+ is a paid subscription service providing access to a members-only event calendar and additional resources.

Members may not:

  • Share login credentials with anyone outside of their household

  • Reproduce or distribute member-only content

  • Scrape or extract calendar data

  • Reproduce, distribute, or republish this content for commercial use or public posting

Violation may result in termination of membership without refund.

3. Accuracy of Event Listings

Curated for Kiddos aggregates event information from third-party organizations. We do not host or manage these events.

Event details—including dates, times, cancellations, pricing, availability—may change without notice.
Users agree to verify details via the organizer’s official website.

We are not liable for:

  • schedule changes

  • cancellations

  • inaccuracies

  • weather impacts

  • capacity issues

  • third-party policies

4. Payments, Renewals & Cancellations

Monthly Membership

  • Billed every 30 days

  • Cancel anytime prior to the next billing date to avoid future charges

  • Payments already processed are non-refundable

Annual Membership

  • Billed once per year at $100

  • Non-refundable once processed

  • Access remains active until the end of the term

Free Trial (FIRSTMONTHFREE)

  • New members may receive 30 days free

  • Cancel during the trial to avoid charges

  • If not canceled, billing begins automatically after 30 days

By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing through Squarespace Payments.

5. Intellectual Property

All content—including the curated calendar, guides, website design, branding, and formatting—is owned by Curated for Kiddos, LLC.

Users may not copy, redistribute, or replicate the content without written permission.

6. Liability Limitations

Curated for Kiddos is not responsible for:

  • injuries or damages related to third-party events

  • cancellations or schedule changes

  • user reliance on outdated event information

  • loss of access due to payment failures

  • site interruptions or outages

Use of our service is at your own risk.

7. Third-Party Links

Our platform contains links to external websites and event organizers. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or policies.

8. Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • maintain confidentiality of your password

  • use your membership for personal, household use only

  • keep your account information current

9. Termination

Curated for Kiddos may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
